Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from inside the app:

1. Open Perfil

2. Go to your account options

3. Use the delete account action

4. Confirm the deletion request

If you cannot access the app, email:

• support@prediqtfc.com

Subject suggestion:

• Delete my Prediqt FC account

Include:

• The email address linked to your account

• Your alias, if available

• Any context needed to identify the account safely

We may need to verify ownership before deleting account data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your deletion request is processed:

• Your account access is removed

• Your profile data is deleted or anonymized where applicable

• Prediction and league-related personal data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required

• Some limited records may be retained for security, anti-fraud, accounting, or legal reasons

Response Times

Target response time:

• Initial response within 2 to 3 business days

Target completion time:

• Account deletion within 7 business days, unless additional verification or legal retention is requiredany nature.
